About the Author Der Autor: Ingmar Wolf wurde 1977 in Ulm geboren. Von 1997 bis 2003 absolvierte er das Studium der Rechtswissenschaften an der Universitt Augsburg sowie am University College London. Seit 2003 ist der Autor Rechtsreferendar in Augsburg. Die Promotion erfolgte 2004.
