Die Untersuchung basiert auf der Prmisse, das herrschende Prventionsparadigma folge jener instrumentellen zweckbestimmten Vernunft: Es frage vornehmlich nach der Effektivitt der eingesetzten Mittel, ohne die Vernnftigkeit der verfolgten Ziele an sich zu beurteilen oder zur Legitimationsbedingung zu erheben.
