Der Hamburger Workshop fr Eltern stotternder Kinder (HAWESK) setzt an der Einstellung der Eltern zum Stottern ihres Kindes an. Das Charakteristische an diesem Workshop zeigt sich in der aktiven Auseinandersetzung der Eltern mit dem Stottern. Dies geschieht berwiegend in der Selbsterfahrung und im Austausch der Eltern untereinander. Die ersten orientierenden Ergebnisse weisen darauf hin, dass die Teilnahme am HAWESK zu einer Einstellungsnderung der Eltern zum Stottern ihrer Kinder fhrt und das wiederum die logopdische Therapie des stotternden Kindes nachhaltig untersttzt.
