I was really excited to get the Handbook for Crew Leaders, but it arrived with a few pages bent and some cover wear. The content is good, so I’m keeping it, but I wish it had been packaged better. Just a heads up for future buyers!

The Handbook for Crew Leaders has a lot of solid advice, but some sections feel a bit dated, especially regarding modern leadership techniques. Still, it's a good reference, just wish they'd update it more often to keep up with current practices. Great for general scouting principles though!
