This handbook on motivation at school is a fantastic resource for anyone in education. The insights from educational psychology are practical and easy to apply in the classroom. It's a bit dense at times, but worth the read! Definitely adding it to my teaching toolkit.

Decent, but not what I expected
I picked up this handbook hoping for more practical strategies. While there are some useful theories in there, I found it a bit too academic for my taste. Still, it has some valuable points about motivation that I'll try to implement. Worth checking out if you're into educational psychology!
