Die Neugestaltung des 1 Abs. 3 AStG stellt eine dieser Gegenfinanzierungsmanahmen dar. Der 1 Abs. 3 AStG regelt die Besteuerung von Funktionsverlagerungen, d.h. die Besteuerung von Sachverhalten, in denen ein inlndisches Unternehmen eine Funktion in das Ausland, bzw. ein auslndisches Unternehmen eine Funktion von dem Ausland, in das Inland verlagert. Gerade vor dem Hintergrund der fortschreitenden Globalisierung nimmt diese Neuregelung eine wichtige Rolle ein. Diese Arbeit beschftigt sich mit der handelsbilanziellen Darstellung solcher Sachverhalte und zeigt steuerliche Konsequenzen auf.
