Dies jedoch mit dem Hintergrund, dass Naturkatastrophen manmade" wren, es als keine hhere Gewalt" geben wrde, sondern nur unzureichende Vorbereitungen (Luhmann, 2001). Wie sieht dies im Hinblick auf die Nutzung von Mobilfunk aus? Wird ein solches Risiko, wenn vorhanden, berhaupt wahrgenommen? Und wenn ja, wie? Welche Faktoren spielen hier eine Rolle? Diese Hausarbeit geht deshalb der Frage nach der Bewertung und Wahrnehmung und Einschtzung von gesundheitlichen Risiken in Bezug auf Handy und UMTSStrahlung, also dessen Emission von hochfrequenter Strahlung, von Laien nach. Falls im Laufe dieser Arbeit nur Handystrahlung als Einziges genannt wird, so bezieht sich dies auf beide Strahlungsarten". Sie betrachtet einschlgige Studien, die sich mit dem Thema auseinander setzen und soll darlegen, wie der Laie mit dem Risiko Handystrahlung" umgeht, ob und wie er es als Risiko betrachtet und wie schwerwiegend dieses durch ihn eingeschtzt wird.
