Hard Corps Knowledge attempts to pass on a unique and personal insight from a senior enlisted Marine to Corporals and below, simulating a year or two of experience gained from working closely with a Master Sergeant, First Sergeant, Sergeant Major or Master Gunnery Sergeant.
