I bought 'The World Behind the Veil' thinking it would be more action-packed. Instead, it focused heavily on narrative and introspection. While the storytelling was well done, it just wasn’t my cup of tea. Maybe better suited for others!

Beautifully written, loved the characters!
Harem’s writing in 'The World Behind the Veil' is absolutely beautiful! The characters felt real and the emotional depth brought me to tears. This book has quickly become one of my favorites, and I can’t wait to see what else Harem publishes!
