My order kept getting canceled without any explanation. After I had reached out for the second time I finally got a response, albeit an insulting and ridiculous one. Apparently they could not verify an internationally recognized banking system, matching billing address for a card that has been in use and accepted EVERYWHERE, could not verify an email address that has been in use for 20+ years. Then to further insult and belittle the customer, require that there be sufficient funds in the account, there is, was and always has been. How unprofessional and rude to tell a customer that. What I suspect is that they don't have the item to begin with. False advertising, scam maybe?
