A CRISIS ABROAD!Roland and his companions are called away to the Duchy of Bardenhawk to establish a new Adventurers Guild and help the nation rebuild after its collapse during the HumanFiend War. Unfortunately, the locals are wholly unfamiliar with the concept of quests, so the former assassin has his work cut out for him. To make matters worse, aristocrats upset with Bardenhawks recent changes conspire to kidnap its princess, and theyve hired the one person who may truly be a match for Roland...

Honestly, I was let down by this volume. The plot felt repetitive and didn't bring anything new to the table. I was hoping for more action from the assassin, but it just didn’t deliver this time. Not sure if I’ll continue the series after this.

More of the Same but Still Fun
If you liked the previous volumes, you'll probably enjoy this one too. The concept of a 'worthless skill' becoming legendary is still intriguing. Just wish some of the humor was more fresh this time around, but it’s still a fun read for light novel fans.

An Unexpected Twist in a Light Novel
I picked up 'Hazure Skill: The Guild Member' as a fun light read, and wow, it didn’t disappoint! The story really takes off in this volume, revealing so much about the legendary assassin's past. I enjoyed the character development and the pacing was just right.

Great for Fans of the Series
As a fan of the first few volumes, I found this one a bit slower than I expected. There are some great moments, but some parts felt dragged out. Still, I think it's a decent addition for anyone who’s into this assassin story.
