The Heavenly Hands Shelter 27 didn't meet my expectations. When I received it, a small part was damaged, which was disappointing. It worked fine after some repairs, but I think quality control needs improvement.

I bought the Heavenly Hands Shelter 27 for a weekend hike, and while it worked well overall, there were a couple of hiccups. The setup instructions could’ve been clearer, and I found some seams not as waterproof as advertised. Still, it did the job!
