Interne Kommunikationsschulungen von Mitarbeitern sind in der Wirtschaft lngst erforscht und durch Erfolge gekennzeichnet. Es gilt Gesprchskultur, Bindung und Integration der Mitarbeiter durch knstlich und bewusst geschaffene Manahmen zu halten beziehungsweise zu entwickeln. Nur durch hochmotivierte, leistungsbereite und besonders gut informierte Mitarbeiter, die denen des Wettbewerbs berlegen sind, knnen Unternehmen auf dem Markt bestehen. Die in der Wirtschaft erfolgreich erprobten Strategien, zum Beispiel fr interne Kommunikationsmodelle , knnen auch WBInstituten wie der VHS in der komplizierten Phase der Neuorganisation helfen. Die bloe Kopie solcher Modelle lsst sich jedoch nicht nahtlos an dieses weiterbildnerische Konzept der VHS, das dem Allgemeinwohl dient, anschlieen. Damit die wirtschaftliche Steuerung nicht die Qualitt des Lehrens beeintrchtigt, ist es wichtig den sozialen Auftrag der VHS bei jedem Schritt zu beachten. In der folgenden Arbeit wird zunchst aufgezeigt, dass sich die VHS als wirtschaftliches Unternehmen am WBMarkt etabliert hat und wie sich ihre Struktur und die damit verbundenen neuen Herausforderungen darstellen.
