Decent but Could Use Improvements
I found the Hell High Water New to be okay for my needs, but it didn't perform as well as I had hoped. It’s durable, but I had some issues with the fit when I was out hiking. It’s not the most comfortable thing to wear for long periods. That said, it's still a solid choice for many outdoor activities.
