Product Description H About the Author Tracy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Indiana University in 1980, then sharpened her writing skills with four years of correspondence writing courses with the Institute of Children's Writing. Highly praised by her instructors, she excelled in writing nonfiction articles for young readers and was publishedby Children's Digest magazine in 1985. Tracy writes freeflow inspirational poetry, speaking to the soul about common human themes with a fresh, and unifying, perspective. She also enjoys writing Haiku poetry in the traditional Japanese 575 syllable format. Tracy, and her husband Jack, live in the beautiful artist community of Nashville, Indiana with their six cats, one dog and a myriad of wildlife at their doorstep. They have two grown daughters.
