Jeder Band enthlt eine kurze Einfhrung, einen Hauptteil mit den edierten Verfassungsdokumenten eines Landes, Anmerkungen und einen Index. Der einzigartige Wert dieser Gesamtedition liegt darin, dass hier erstmals smtliche, bislang weit verstreute und vielfach unbekannte Verfassungen aus der Frhphase des modernen Konstitutionalismus auf zuverlssiger, authentischer Textbasis verfgbar gemacht werden.Insgesamt werden die Verfassungen von rund 50 Lndern Europas, Nord und Sdamerikas bandweise, Land fr Land verffentlicht.
