Our freemarket capitalist system is the worlds greatest driver of prosperity, but it has a dark side. Under intense pressure to make the numbers, executives and employees face temptation to cut corners, fudge accounts, or worse. And in todays unforgiving environment, such lapses can be catastrophic. Fines and settlements have amounted to billions of dollars. Careers and companies have imploded. In High Performance with High Integrity, Ben Heineman argues that there is only one way for companies to avoid such failures: CEOs must create a culture of integrity through exemplary leadership, transparency, incentives, and processes, not just rules and penalties. Heineman, GEs chief legal officer and a member of both Jack Welchs and Jeff Immelts senior management teams for nearly twenty years, reveals crucial performance with integrity principles and practices that you can begin applying immediately, and shows how you can drive performance by integrating integrity systems and processes deep into company operations. Such principles and practices also create affirmative benefits: inside the corporation, in the marketplace and in society.Concise and insightful, this book provides a muchneeded corporate blueprint for doing well while doing good in the highpressure global economy. From our new Memo to the CEO seriessolutionsfocused advice from todays leading practitioners.

This memo set is just what I needed for my office. The high-quality paper feels great to write on, and the designs really stand out. It’s perfect for jotting down quick notes or reminders for the team!

Decent but not what I expected
I like the aesthetic of these memos, but I thought they would be more durable. They’re nice for quick notes, but the paper tears easily. Still, they’re fine for informal use at work.

Stylish and Functional!
I got these memos for my new office, and they add a nice touch to my desk. The colors are vibrant, and they’ve been useful for reminding my team about deadlines. Definitely a good buy!

Not what I hoped for
I ordered this memo set excitedly, but it arrived slightly damaged, which was disappointing. Plus, I thought the pages would be thicker. Might work for casual notes, but I expected better quality overall.
