The universal desire for holistic development involves a lot of strategies. Despite several strategies being undertaken to attain holistic development, it remains farfetched particularly in developing countries like Uganda which still grapples with poverty, unemployment, inequalities, low economic growth, corruption and mismanagement of public resources. This book joins the search by examining Higher Education (HE) one of the strategies of attaining holistic development.
