I thought this book would be more accessible, but it ended up being quite technical. I had a hard time getting through some parts, and it didn’t really help with my interest in the poetry side of Hindi literature. A little disappointing, to be honest.

Great resource for students
As a student of Hindi literature, this book was exactly what I needed! It covers a wide range of topics and is well-researched. Some chapters were a bit dry, but the wealth of knowledge makes it worth it. I feel more prepared for my exams now!

Good but a bit dense
This book on Hindi literature is pretty informative, but I found some sections a bit too dense for casual reading. It really dives deep into the development aspects, which is great for research but can be overwhelming at times. Still, it's a solid resource overall.
