El presente trabajo describe un estudio tericoprctico en el cual el objetivo principal fue como en la intervencin de segundo orden se utiliz el mtodo de Milton Erickson que se basa principalmente en el uso de metforas, la comunicacin la observacin y la induccin. Lo caracterstico de este mtodo es como la experiencia puede ser usada a nuestro favor, y lo excepcional de ste es que puede ser usado en cualquier mbito y, en el deportivo result ideal por lo tanto este mtodo ha sido utilizado por cerca de 30 aos con nios, jvenes de ambos sexos a nivel recreativo y competitivo y de diferentes deportes y diferentes instituciones como UNAM, fuerzas bsicas de Cruz azul, Atlante, Seleccin de Tae Kwon Do del Estado de Mxico y escuela de natacin Nelson Vargas. Por su flexibilidad este mtodo no requiere de un lugar especial, y la ansiedad es un problema actual que se presenta en cualquier mbito y esta presente en el deporte y esta pudo ser regulada con el mtodo Milton provocando un mejor auto control, y en algunos casos incluso logrando el xito.
