L'hmingligence est une pathologie de l'attention spatiale dans laquelle les patients crbrolss se comportent comme si la moiti (oppose la lsion) de leur environnement n'existait pas, ce qui entrane un handicap majeur au quotidien. Ce travail investigue lhmingligence sous langle de lhypothse de disconnexion, selon laquelle un vaste rseau d'aires crbrales est impliqu dans le traitement de l'espace. Les rsultats montrent d'abord une rgion souscorticale correspondant aux voies paritofrontales, implique dans l'hmingligence svre. Deux composants de l'hmingligence gocentre sont ensuite mis en vidence, soustendus par un vaste rseau paritofrontal. Enfin, un dernier argument en faveur d'une disconnexion paritofrontale est observe sous forme d'une double dissociation. Dans une vision pratique, une slection d'outils et un diagnostic par tapes sont proposs sur la base des rsultats de ce travail, qui s'adresse aux tudiants comme aux neuropsychologues cliniciens intresss mieux comprendre l'hmingligence.
