In dem Geleitwort zur HNO RntgenAufnahmetechnik hatte ich den Vor schlag gemacht und den Autoren den Rat gegeben, das umfangreiche und in vielen Jahren registrierte Bildmaterial pathologischer Rntgenbefunde aus dem HalsNasenOhrenBereich auszuwerten und einem breiten Leserkreis zu gnglich zu machen. Nachdem der Band ber die 'Normalbefunde' eine gute Reso .. nanz gefunden hat, haben Herr Brusis als Kliniker und Herr Mdder als Radiologe eine Sichtung der Unterlagen vorgenommen und den Band ber pathologische Be funde mit groer Sorgfalt fertiggestellt. Die klinischradiologische Zusammenarbeit hat sich hier erneut bewhrt; d r knapp gefate und trotzdem wichtige Details bercksichtigende Text und die optimale auch auf Einzelheiten eingehende Bildwiedergabe ergnzen sich ausge zeichnet, so da Information und Orientierung rasch gelingen und gewhrleistet sind. Friedmann V Vorwort Die gute Aufnahme des Buches 'HNO Rntgen Aufnahmetechnik und Nor malbefunde' ermutigte uns, die vielseitigen pathologischen Befunde des Kopf HalsGebietes im Rntgenbild in einem zweiten Band darzustellen. Dabei wer den die bersichts aufnahmen, konventionellen Tomogramme und Computer tomogramme mit Absicht nicht nach Krankheiten geordnet, sondern nach Aufnahmen gegliedert. Leitfaden ist also die Morphologie des Rntgenbildes. Das Sachverzeichnis erlaubt aber auch eine Orientierung nach Krankheiten und erleichtert das Auffinden typischer Rntgenbefunde bei bekannter Dia gnose. Die Bildlegenden enthalten kurze Angaben zur Anamnese und klinischen Symptomatik und eine genaue Befundbeschreibung und Interpretation der hi stologisch verifizierten Diagnosen. Soweit notwendig werden naheliegende Dif ferentialdiagnosen mit aufgefhrt.
