Diese ungeregelten Anspr che aus festverzinslichen Wertpapieren oder Aktien bzw. Anteilscheinen knnen nach der 1990 erfolgten Wiedervereinigung unter bestimmten Umstnden zu Entschdigungen fh ren. Im wesentlichen sind bei den Hoffnungswerten folgende Wertpapierarten zu unterschei den: die SchattenquotenBezugsscheine aus dem Londoner Schuldenabkommen von 1953 zur Ablsung von rckstndigen Zinsen aus FremdwhrungsAnleihen des ehemaligen Deutschen Reiches, ausgegeben von der Bundesrepublik Deutschland von 1953 bis 1979, die FremdwhrungsAnleihen mittelund ostdeutscher Emittenten, die 1945 notleidend wurden und bis heute ungeregelt sind, die vor 1945 in Reichsmark emittierten Anleihen und Schatzanweisungen des Deut schen Reichs und seiner Sondervermgen, die vor 1945 emittierten Goldmark oder ReichsmarkAnleihen mittel und ostdeut scher Lnder, Provinzen und Stdte (Anleihen, Ablsungsanleihen), die unbedienten oder quotal bedienten Pfandbriefe und KommunalSchuldverschrei bungen von Berliner Altbanken und verlagerten, mitteldeutschen Geldinstituten (soge nannte A und CAnsprche), die Pfandbriefe und KommunalSchuldverschreibungen von mittel und ostdeutschen Geldinstituten, die ReichsmarkAnleihen privater, berwiegend mittel und ostdeutscher Emittenten, die 1945 notleidend wurden und bis heute unbedient sind bzw.
