This cheese-making book has some great recipes, especially for blue and goat's milk cheeses. However, I felt like some steps could have been more detailed, especially for the firmer cheeses. It’s still a solid choice for beginners if you don’t mind figuring out a few things on your own!

I’m absolutely in love with the Home Cheese Making book! It features over 100 recipes and covers everything from soft cheeses to hard and blue types. I tried making goat cheese for the first time, and it turned out fantastic! My family can’t get enough of it!

I found the Home Cheese Making book to be a bit overwhelming for a beginner like me. The recipes seem great, but some techniques were hard to grasp without prior knowledge. It might be better suited for someone with a bit more experience in cheese making.
