Lindgren explains each needlework technique, and suggests suitable sample work for those with no prior experience. She discusses a number of ways in which project designs, colors, and materials may be modified for a particular room. Patterns, cutting layouts, assembly diagrams, and stitching charts accompany each set of directions, and all projects are shown in color in room settings.
