Si l'hospitalit est une thique, comment en faire un droit ? J'essaie de rpondre en examinant le dveloppement du racisme en France ces quinze dernires annes.On assiste la fois une rgression et un redoublement de vigilance : d'une part, les ides racistes s'affichent avec arrogance ; d'autre part, les luttes antiracistes se multiplient et se diversifient. Tel est le paradoxe franais : l'intgration des trangers se poursuit, malgr les obstacles et les rsistances.L'hospitalit franaise est ainsi soumise rude preuve.
