Hot Cars Under the Hood, On the Track, Behind the Wheel is a unique, 3 binder collection containing tons of information on virtually every Automobile manufactured prior to 1998. There are 11 separate groups (CUTTING EDGE; DREAM MACHINES; SPORTS CARS; MUSCLE CARS; ALL TIME GREATS; HOT HAULERS; STREET RACERS; HOT RODS AND STREET MACHINES; TIMELINE; WEIRD AND WONDERFUL; RIVALS HEAD TO HEAD). Each group contains multiple color photographs and detailed specifications on the automobile, including top speed, 0 60, power, 1/4 mile, engine type, displacement, max torque, weight, gas mileage, and price! Each car has a dedicated front/back fold out page with all the information laid out uniformly and easy to read. Roughly 360 automobiles are profiled in the 3 volumes. Each profile is a nice, high quality, color, rigid stock 'card' each 'card' is printed front and back and folds out to show the inside. Open the cards are approximately 16' wide and 9' high. The country of origin of the automobiles is as follows: USA 123 cards, UK 83, Italy 56, Germany 48, Japan 27, France 19, Sweden 3, Switzerland 2, Spain 2, Australia, Holland, South Korea and South Africa 1 each. This is definitely a MUST HAVE for the car enthusiast. There are hours and hours of reading material and hundreds of high gloss photos from every angle. Amazing collection!
