I found this guide helpful for my daughter, but some sections felt a bit shallow. It’s a good starting point for kids to understand anger, but I wish there were more in-depth strategies. Still, it does set a nice foundation.

Not What I Expected
I bought this thinking it would be more of a practical guide for parents as well. It’s great for kids and teens, but I had hoped for more advice on how to facilitate these discussions myself. Just a bit disappointed.
