Some Great Recipes but Lacking Photos
I bought this book expecting step-by-step photos, but it only has a few. The grilling tips are very helpful, though, and I did find a couple of great poaching techniques. Just wish I could see the finished dishes more often; it helps to visualize the cooking process.

Disappointing Quality of Some Recipes
I was excited to try this cookbook, but some of the recipes just didn’t work out for me. The poaching technique seemed off, and my fish fell apart. I mean, some recipes were good, but I expected better consistency across the book. Not sure I'd recommend it without caution.
