This book has some solid content on team facilitation, but I expected a bit more depth in some areas. The 2nd edition is useful, but there were moments when I felt it skimmed over important details. Still, I found it helpful overall.

I was really looking forward to this 2nd edition, but honestly, it felt like not much changed from the first one. Some sections were still unclear, and I was hoping for better examples. It was alright, but I expected more.
