Not what I expected
I was really excited to dive into this book, but it didn't resonate with me. I thought it would offer more structured guidance. The concepts are solid, but I found it a bit vague and hard to apply in real life. Maybe it’s just not for me.

A helpful guide for mindfulness
I've been trying to practice mindfulness, and this book really helps with living in the present. The exercises are simple yet effective. Each chapter gives you practical tips on letting go of past regrets and future worries. Definitely worth it if you're looking to find some peace of mind.

Good content, but a bit repetitive
I found some great insights in this book about staying present and letting go. However, a few chapters felt a bit repetitive. It's still a decent read, especially for beginners in spirituality, but I wish it had a bit more variety in the examples.
