I was really disappointed with this book. I thought it would have more actionable steps, but it felt more like a summary of common sense ideas. Didn't help me much with my workplace issues, honestly. Maybe it works for others, but not for me.

Good insights, but a bit repetitive
This book has some solid advice on conflict resolution, but I found some sections a bit repetitive. It covers the basics well, but I was hoping for deeper insights. Still, I took a lot away from it, especially about communication techniques.
