This book on HR policies for nonprofits has a lot of good information, but some sections feel a bit outdated. I appreciate the structure, but wish it included more recent examples or case studies. It's still a decent starting point for our organization, though!

Great resource for nonprofits!
I recently purchased the Human Resource Policies and Procedures for Nonprofit Organizations. It’s packed with useful templates and guidelines that really help streamline our processes. As a new nonprofit, I found it easy to follow and adapt to our needs. Definitely a worthwhile investment!

Not what I expected
I thought this book would be more comprehensive, but it felt a bit too basic for our needs. Some policies weren't applicable to our specific situation either. It’s usable, just not as thorough as I hoped. Delivery was fast, though!
