Dazu muss zuerst gezeigt werden, dass das Netz der Netze nicht mehr als Netzwerk im sozialwissenschaftlichen Sinne verstanden werden kann, sondern schon auf Grund seiner Geschichte nur noch eine riesige ineinander verflochtene Verschaltung von Verbindungen zwischen Rechnern ohne einheitliches Arbeitsziel, also als ein technisches Strukturnetzwerk gesehen werden muss. Wohl ist das Internet eine Organisationsform, doch beinhaltet es selbst wiederum Organisationsformen wie Markt, Netzwerk und Hierarchie, die zunchst ber Definitionen eingegrenzt werden sollen. Darauf aufbauend soll sich zeigen, dass sich jedoch kaum Akteure im Internet finden lassen, die genau auf eine dieser drei Definitionen passen. Viel leichter zu finden und zu identifizieren sind hybride Organisations, also Mischformen mit Elementen mehrerer oder aller drei hier besprochenen Organisationsbereiche, anzutreffen. Widerstand diesen Mischformen gegenber erfordert dann wiederum auch verschiedene Formen des Hackers, die unter einem begrifflichen Hybriden zusammengefasst werden sollen. Um zu zeigen, wie Widerstand durch Hacker aussieht und welche Reaktionen er hervorruft, wird anschlieend jeweils eine Widerstandsform anhand einer Organisationsform beleuchtet. Dabei soll ein Sonderfall, der zwischen der kontrollierenden Hierarchie des Staates und dem Hacker entsteht, besonders beleuchtet werden.
