Packaging was a letdown
The product itself seems fine, but I was disappointed with how it arrived. The box was a bit crushed, which took away from the experience. Still, the 'trouble' item works as intended, so it's not a total loss!

Not what I expected
I thought this would be more reliable for tricky situations. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite hold up after a few uses. It’s a neat concept but I was hoping for better quality. I wouldn’t buy it again.
