I was disappointed with this office assistant exam guide. Some of the solved papers felt outdated and didn't align well with the current exam format. It's a shame because I was hoping it would help me prepare effectively. Definitely would not recommend it if you're looking for the latest info.

Decent book, but some questions are tricky
The multipurpose office assistant exam prep book has a solid amount of practice sets, but I noticed a few questions don't match the level of difficulty in the actual exams. It's a good resource, just needed to clarify some concepts while using it. Not bad for review purposes!

Useful but delivery took forever
This book was exactly what I needed for my upcoming IBPS RRBS exam, packed with 30 practice sets. However, it took almost two weeks to arrive, which was frustrating. I’m happy with the content, but I wish the shipping had been faster.
