Diese Dissertationsschrift beschftigte sich mit Interaktionspartnern des NTerminus des SNAREProteins vti1p in der Bckerhefe. In einem zweiten Projekt sollte das lichtinduzierbare Kationkanalprotein Channelrhodopsin2 in hoher Ausbeute in der methylotrophen Hefe Pichia pastoris produziert werden. Fr die Affinittschromatographie wurde das Protein mit einem zustzlichen RGS6HIStag versehen, um fr anschlieende, spektroskopische Funktionsuntersuchungen in gengender Reinheit vorzuliegen. Zustzlich wurden gezielte EinzelaminosureMutanten des Proteins erzeugt, um den Einfluss von strukturell wichtigen Aminosuren auf die Funktion des Channelrhodopsins2 zu untersuchen.
