This book relates the events surrounding the deaths of three of his younger siblings Jeffrey, Emilee, Jeremy, the suicide of his friend Darrell and the nearly fatal shooting of his nephew Philip. This touching story demonstrates that with Gods assistance, tragedies can be turned into triumphs and one can move forward after the loss of a loved one to have a happy and fulfilling life. It beautifully illustrates that even though we may not be able to choose the events which happen to us, such as the death of a loved one, we can choose how we let those events affect us.
