Des Weiteren werden diese Vorschriften einer kritischen Analyse unterzogen. Um der Komplexitt der Thematik gerecht zu werden, finden lediglich die Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des IASB Bercksichtigung. Obwohl im Titel der Verordnung von anteilsbasierter Vergtung' die Rede ist, wird im Verffentlichungstext durchgngig von der Bezeichnung aktienbasierte Vergtung' Gebrauch gemacht. Im Folgenden wird somit die zuletzt genannte Bezeichnung verwendet. Die vorliegende Seminararbeit gliedert sich in fnf Kapitel. Nach der vorangegangenen Darstellung der Thematik, wird im zweiten Kapitel die Bedeutung aktienbasierter Vergtungen aus Sicht des Unternehmens und der Anteilseigner bzw. Aktionre erlutert. Im dritten Kapitel wird zunchst der Geltungsbereich des IFRS 2 beschrieben. Darauf aufbauend werden die Regelungen zum Bilanzansatz und deren Bewertung der unterschiedlichen Formen aktienbasierter Vergtungen aufgezeigt. Darber hinaus werden diese anhand eines ausgewhlten Beispieles nher erlutert. In Kapitel vier werden die Regelungen des IFRS 2 einer kritischen Beurteilung unterzogen. Die vorliegende Seminararbeit endet im fnften Kapitel mit einer kurzen Zusammenfassung der Thematik.
