Iglesia San Miguel de Bocon: Arquitectura sincrtica, es un trabajo de investigacin de corte histrico, que plantea la revisin de la arquitectura colonial en Venezuela, tomando como objeto de estudio la iglesia San Miguel de Bocon perteneciente al siglo XVII, emplazada en las montaas del estado Trujillo, especficamente en el pueblo de San Miguel de Bocon, con la finalidad de revisar la incidencia de los procesos de aculturacin y sincretismo en la arquitectura colonial; entendiendo estos procesos como el conjunto de contactos recprocos entre las culturas, donde posteriormente se asimilan algunos elementos y se rechazan otros, sembrndose as el germen de una cultura sincrtica.
