I was really looking forward to 'Immortality and Punishment Vol. 1' based on the blurb, but I was kind of disappointed. The plot felt disjointed and some characters lacked depth. Maybe it gets better in the next volume, but this one just didn’t grab me.

Intriguing start to a dark saga
I just finished reading 'Immortality and Punishment Vol. 1' and wow, what a gripping beginning! The characters are well-developed and the dark themes really pulled me in. I can't wait to see where this story goes in the next volume!

Interesting premise but slow pacing
The storyline of 'Immortality and Punishment Vol. 1' is intriguing, but I found the pacing a bit slow at times. There were parts that dragged on without much happening. Still, the world-building is solid, and I might pick up the next volume to see how it unfolds.
