The purpose of the study was to investigate the impact of perceived organizational support on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Furthermore, study seeks answer to, perception of nurses towards perceived organizational support, job satisfaction & organizational commitment, and their relationship with each other. Moreover it aims at examining the difference, in level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the nurses working in public and private hospitals. Likerttype questionnaire was developed with 30 statements to determine the strength among perceived organizational support and exploratory variables; job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Autocorrelation was used as an analytical procedure to accomplish the objective of the study.
