La presente investigacin centra sus objetivos en la efectividad de la aplicacin de un Programa de Implantacin de la Cultura de la Evaluacin, aplicado en el Prog.de Ing.de Sistemas. A la muestra de 77 sujetos se les aplic una Encuesta de Opinin sobre la gestin que se ejerce en la Facultad, basada en el modelo de liderazgo de W.E.Deming, antes y despus del Programa (PICE) y que se desarroll a travs de crculos de calidad durante 16 meses, obtenindose resultados del Pre y Post test, a los cuales se aplic el Test para la Diferencia de 2 Proporciones. Los resultados reflejaron que no se encontraban diferencias estadsticamente significativas; sin embargo se destacan incrementos en las Dimensiones del Modelo: Cultural, Anticipatoria y Formativa, tanto en autoridades, alumnas y egresadas de la Facultad.
