Die Zertifizierung eines Qualittsmanagementsystems (QMSystem) deckt zum einem die Kundenforderung nach gleichbleibender Qualitt ab und zum anderen dient es als Aushngeschild fr das Unternehmen, um sich von den Mitbewerbern abzugrenzen. Das Qualittsmanagement stellt somit einen wesentlichen Bestandteil des Marketings eines Unternehmens dar. Das Qualittsmanagement im Dienstleistungsunternehmen bezieht sich nicht nur ausschlielich auf die Fehlerfreiheit der erbrachten Leistung, sondern auch auf die Prozesse in der Einrichtung, die fehlerfrei ablaufen sollen.
