I was really excited to get this volume, but it arrived with a few pages crumpled. The content itself is fine, but the physical quality was disappointing. I don't think I'll be using this for my daily meditations after this experience.

Good Content but Lacks Depth
The meditations in this volume are nice, but I wish they offered a bit more depth. Some days I felt like I was just skimming the surface of the material. Still, it's a decent book for daily reflections, especially if you're new to meditation.
