Not for everyone
The meditations in this book have some good points, but I found them a bit too abstract for my taste. It's definitely meant for a specific audience, so consider that before you buy. Just didn’t connect with it like I hoped.

Good but repetitive
The meditations are useful and provide some great insights. However, I found a few of them to be somewhat repetitive after a couple of weeks. Still a solid resource for anyone in recovery. Just wish there was a bit more variety!

Could use better organization
The daily meditations are thoughtful but I wish they were better organized. Some entries feel out of sync with others. It’s all quite insightful, but a little more structure would’ve made it easier to follow. Still, it's a useful tool overall!
