En este libro pretendo expresar los beneficios de la implementacin de la Ley 4201, la urgencia de que este conocimiento se difunda a todas las personas y considerando que su aplicacin y supervisin podra hacer posible una mejora de la calidad de atencin a todos los pacientes y en especial a los Testigos de Jehov en su negativa a las transfusiones.
