This book offers a ton of information about valuing income properties, but I found it a little overwhelming at times. The 3rd edition is thorough, but not always easy to digest. Still, if you’re in the field, it’s a solid reference—but prepare to take your time with it.

Misleading title; not user-friendly
I was expecting a more straightforward guide but the 3rd edition of this valuation book felt more like a textbook than a practical manual. The details are plentiful but it lacks clarity in some sections. I had to look for supplementary resources to fully grasp some concepts, which was disappointing.

Great resource for investors!
I picked up the 3rd edition of this paperback on income property valuation and it's been a fantastic guide for my real estate investments. The comprehensive approach really breaks down the appraisal process, making it easier to understand the numbers. Definitely a must-have if you're serious about income properties!
