Vorher schloss er einen Universittslehrgang fr Export und internationale Geschftsttigkeit ab. Ein besonderes Interesse liegt darin, das Verhalten von Menschen in einer Organisation zu hinterfragen. Die Faszination an diesem Thema und die stndig neuen Herausforderungen in international verteilten Projekten haben ihn dazu motiviert, sich der Thematik des vorliegenden Buches zu widmen.
