Zudem wird deutlich, dass sie sich zeitnah, frher als der Bundestag und in vielfltiger und lebendiger Weise mit dieser Sachmaterie beschftigen. Sie nehmen von daher eine innovative Funktion in der Drogenpolitik wahr. Die Befunde dieser empirischen Studie relativieren die weit verbreitete These vom Bedeutungsverlust der Landtage.
